The registration fee includes everything on the schedule, including meals and lodging. You are responsible for your round-trip travel to/from Louisiana. For flights, use TBA. Lodging will be available beginning Monday, July 12 with a checkout date of Friday, July 16. Any additional room nights will be at the expense of the attendee.
