The registration fee includes everything on the schedule including meals and lodging. You are responsible for your roundtrip travel to/from Oklahoma City, OK. For flights use Oklahoma City Airport (OKC). Lodging will be available beginning Monday, July 13 with a checkout date of Friday, July 17. Any additional room nights will be at the expense of the attendee.
